Rotor Rate (“App”) is provided as a tool to assist commercial drone operators in estimating project costs, generating bids, and calculating flat-rate pricing based on user-supplied inputs, including but not limited to hourly flight rates, travel rates, fuel costs, and other operational criteria.
While reasonable efforts have been made to design the App using sound mathematical principles and commercially accepted calculation methods, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any estimates, outputs, or recommendations generated by the App.
User acknowledges that all results produced by the App are estimates only and may be affected by variables outside the control of the App, including but not limited to market conditions, weather, equipment performance, regulatory requirements, project scope changes, and unforeseen operational expenses. The developer does not guarantee that use of the App will result in profitability, cost recovery, or successful bid acceptance.
User assumes full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and validating all calculations and outputs prior to reliance or use in any business decision or contractual agreement. Any deviations, errors, or omissions—whether arising from user input, interpretation, or application of the App’s results—are solely the responsibility of the user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refund Policy
Rotor Rate offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You choose whether to subscribe at (or after) the end of your trial — nothing is ever charged automatically at trial end. Because you have a full week to evaluate the product before entering any payment information, subscription fees (monthly and annual) are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate.
